Shipping Info

We are pleased to offer two shipping options to meet your needs: ePacket and DHL.


ePacket*

ePacket is an international postal service operated by Poste Italiane within Italy.

ePacket shipping is free of charge.

For orders containing 1 to 5 items, you can select the ePacket shipping method.

If you choose ePacket shipping, your order will be shipped within approximately 4 business days and delivered within approximately 15-20 business days.**

Orders shipped with ePacket have a 99% chance of being delivered without the need to pay customs duties and taxes.***


DHL*

DHL is an express delivery service.

DHL shipping costs €20 for orders containing 1 to 5 items.

DHL shipping is free for orders containing 6 or more items.

If you choose DHL shipping, your order will be shipped within approximately 5 business days and delivered within approximately 5-7 business days.**

Orders shipped with DHL have a 40% chance of being delivered without the need to pay customs duties and taxes.***

Some Postal Zip Codes (CAP) are considered remote areas by DHL. It will be possible to check if your CAP is considered remote only 2 days after payment of the order. In such cases, you will receive an email with 3 available options:

  1. Pay an amount of €30 (required by DHL for remote CAPs) through a link provided in the email.
  2. Change the shipping method to ePacket (if you have paid an additional fee for DHL shipping, it will be refunded as a voucher).
  3. Change the destination CAP (you will need to wait approximately 2 days to verify if the new CAP is remote or not).

Both shipping methods provide a unique tracking code that will be sent to you via email to track your package online.

*Note: Shipping timeframes do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays. They are approximate estimates.

**Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed. The timeframes should be considered as estimates.

***If requested, customs duties and taxes average around €40. If requested upon delivery, they must be paid. Otherwise, the package will be returned to the sender without any refund. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
